My Story

🧠 I’ve Lived With Brain Fog—That’s Why This Site Exists

My name is Arunkumar, and for nearly a year, I struggled with brain fog.

I lost focus easily.
I forgot simple things.
My mind froze during important moments.
Sometimes I picked up my phone and forgot why I took it out. 📱
Whenever I tried to learn something new, I felt sleepy within minutes. 😴

I felt slow, unmotivated, and disconnected from my own mind.
At that time, I didn’t know what was happening—I only knew something was wrong.

⚠️ What Was Really Behind It

During that period, my life was under constant pressure:

  • Long-term stress 😣
  • Poor sleep 🌙
  • Work, family, and financial pressure 💼
  • Mental overload and burnout 🔄

Slowly, my nervous system became overwhelmed—and my thinking shut down.
My creativity faded, my attention span dropped, and I started doubting myself.

🔍 The Turning Point

Everything changed when I discovered the term brain fog.

I realized this wasn’t laziness or failure.
It was my mind reacting to stress, lack of rest, and constant overload.

Instead of chasing quick fixes, I focused on understanding my habits, sleep, stress triggers, and daily routines. 🧩

🌱 What Helped Me Improve

There was no single solution.
Progress came from small, consistent changes.

Things that helped me:

  • Reducing constant social media scrolling 📵
  • Improving sleep habits 🛌
  • Lowering daily stress where possible 🌿
  • Paying attention to nutrition and hydration 🥗💧
  • Learning again without pressure 📖

Over time, my focus improved.
I stopped falling asleep while learning.
My thinking became clearer.
I began trusting my mind again. ✨

🛑 A Quick Note on Scope

Mind Unfogged is not medical advice and not a replacement for professional care.
I don’t diagnose or cure conditions—I share what helped me, responsibly and honestly.

🎯 My Goal

To help people feel clearer, calmer, and more confident in their own minds one small step at a time.

If you’re struggling right now, remember this:

You are not broken.
You are overwhelmed.
